Shipping
We take about 5-10 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (phone cases etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed depends on product type and destination.

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country? Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Return Policy
Each product is individually printed to order, therefore we do not accept REFUNDS/RETURNS (unless the product is faulty), so please be sure to double check sizes and/or designs.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Feel free to contact us if you notice an issue on the products or anything else in the order.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be charged for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be charged for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer
Since each product is individually printed to order. Because of this, we do not refund or exchange orders unless we made an error in size selection, shipping, or item style.
